    Dont be without!

I have used Afterease tincture with my last two births (baby #4 and #5). I had excruciating after birth pains associated with breastfeeding that I would nearly faint. But once I started using Afterease, my after pains decreased immensely. I also think it decreased the amount of time it took me to overcome the discomfort as it was all gone by postpartum day 4. I use it as follows- put two droppers full in a small amount of water (like a shot if you will) and take it before nursing or when pain begins. Do this every 15 minutes for up to one hour. It works, I would order two bottles!!!

    You need this tincture!

I used ibuprofen, arnica, and AfterEase for pain relief from postpartum contractions/cramps. AfterEase gave me instantaneous relief to the pain, and I could take it more readily/often than the other options. I did not use it during my first birth and I really wish I had known about it, it was essential to comfortable recovery!

A Must for Moms-to-be of Second Child and Beyond

Afterease tincture by Wishgarden is one of my favorite products post partum! Beginning with the birth of my second baby, I experienced "post labor" pains; thankfully my midwife had recommended Afterease (she told me I could dilute it in a little water to help the taste) and I started using it. It GREATLY reduced the pain of those post labor contractions. Then after the birth of my third child the after birth pains increased, as my midwife advised me they would with each subsequent child. Once again, I was glad to have Afterease on hand. It doesn't entirely take away my pains, but makes them less painful. I'm currently expecting my fourth baby in a month and already have the larger size bottle of Afterease ready! I highly recommend this product!

    I highly reccomed!

I wish I knew about this product with my first 3 children. But, I did not find it until my 4th. It made such a big difference! Whenever I felt the after birth pains, I would take it and IMMEDIATELY they would ease off.

    Don't be without it!

Great tincture for after birth contractions! Most of my clients say it makes a big difference in the amount of pain they experience after the birth of their baby.

Wouldn't give birth again without AfterEase

I was skeptical this would work, but willing to try anything since the pains get worse with each child. It doesn't taste great, but I've tasted worse. It doesn't last long, but it does work very quickly, near instantly. Definitely do the 4 full dropperfuls under the tongue for 30 seconds. And take advantage of the fact you can have it every 15 minutes or as needed. And definitely buy the TWO ounce bottle, no the one ounce.

tastes like poison but stops the pain quicker than conventional pain meds

I bought this for the birth of my second child. I got the larger size upon recommendation by veteran moms, but I'm not sure I needed the largest size. Nonetheless, I am glad I bought it because it helped the cramps so much and so quickly! I took it for the first few days undiluted, and it tasted like poison, later my midwife noticed at suggested I dilute in water and it became much easier to take. I wonder if it also played a role in my relativelyshort bleeding time as I am a week and a half out and I think it's almost done.

    Helped

I got a bad contraction-like cramp once in the middle of the night. Good thing I was prepared and had this on hand. My husband gave it to me and it helped beginning in about a minute
