This is my favorite postpartum product aside from the Frida mom peri bottle! It works almost immediately, just about instantaneous. I took as often as I needed to as baby 3 pain was much worse, maybe..idk I had my other two in hospital and they keep you so drugged up there who knows. I would just tell my husband I needed a shot, he would mix it up and poof pain is gone ! Get two bottles, my son experiencing growing pains got the last round. Worked great!

I really struggle with after pains and this helped so much. My experience was night and day without living on ibuprofen with limited relief!

My pains were pretty bad this round after my fourth baby. I had read that the more the uterus is used, the more it stretches and the more pain the afterbirth contractions will be. They’re not kidding. Not only was it the contractions during nursing but also leg pain radiating down. I used this tincture one to two times a day and probably should have done three rounds in the beginning but I began to quickly heal with just one to two a day and before I knew it, I didn’t have pains any longer. It took me maybe 3 days after delivery to notice there wasn’t any pain. I love that it’s this sort of grape flavor and easily tolerable versus every tincture I’ve ever used outside of pregnancy. The ingredients are so gentle and yet it helped so much.

I wish there were more precise instructions on how often to take it as I didn’t want to “over-dose” so at first I wasn’t taking it enough to be effective. My afterpains were pretty terrible! Once I started taking it more often, it helped soooo much. I am forever grateful for the relief it gave me, and will definitely be keeping it around for my next postpartum!

I've had multiple children and my cramps while nursing can be pretty brutal. I used AfterEase the first few days while nursing or when I was feeling crampy. I still had some cramps, but overall everything was more manageable and not so painful. I would definitely get this again. I had twins and would sometimes take two droppers full before nursing each baby. Seemed to work great!
