Ordering – Orders can be placed from this web site or by calling 1-800-247-4045. Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) orders will be processed and most will ship within 24 hours from when the order is received. Other orders will be held until a check or money order is received. Birth Kits cannot be returned.

Shipping & Handling in the U. S. (except Alaska & Hawaii) – Most orders are shipped via Fedex Ground™ or Home Delivery™. All other orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Rush orders can be sent for an additional charge; please call 1-800-247-4045 if you need an order sent as a rush. Free shipping on all orders over $300.

Shipping & Handling to Alaska & Hawaii - Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are sent via the U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail and customers are charged actual shipping charges. P.O. Boxes are acceptable for these shipments.

Shipping & Handling outside the U. S. - Orders outside the U. S. are sent via the U. S. Postal Service and customers are charged actual shipping charges. All orders sent outside the U. S. are final as we cannot guarantee delivery of the shipment beyond the U. S. If you would like to have your ordered guaranteed, then we will send your order via Fedex Express™ and you will be charged the actual Fedex Express™ charge.

Address - When checking out, please provide your physical address as FedEx does not deliver to P. O. Boxes. If you feel that your order does not contain any bulk type items, then you may include your P. O. Box. Orders that are sent to a P. O. Box are subject to increased postage amounts when weighing over 2 pounds. To ensure timely delivery, provide both addresses.

Sales Tax - Texas residents will be charged 6.75% for Texas sales tax.

Hours - Our business hours Monday -Thursday are 10 AM – 6 PM Central Time. We are closed on Friday. If we do not answer the phone, then please leave a message and your call will be returned.
