Q. Why is my midwife’s birth kit a different price than what she told me or what is on her order form?
A. Could be a few different reasons:
- The birth kit price on our site doesn’t include any taxes or shipping, the price you were given probably does include tax and shipping.
- Your midwife may have modified her kit content with In His Hands, therefore changing the price. These changes may not be reflected in the price that you have.
- Price increases are occasionally necessary and may cause the custom birth kit price to be different.
The InHisHands.com price is the correct price of what we have on file for your midwife. You will be sent the most up-to-date version of your midwife's custom birth kit and not charged anymore than the price reflected on InHisHands.com .

Q. How do I order the birth kit if I don’t want everything in the kit?
A.
If you want to omit items from your midwife’s custom birth kit, you may do so by identifying the items that you
don’t want in the
“Comments:” box during the checkout process. These items will be taken off your order and your credit card will not be charged for these items. If you paid via PayPal, then a PayPal refund will be sent to you.
Before omitting items, please make sure that this is OK with your midwife.
Q. How can I find out what is in my midwife’s custom birth kit prior to ordering it?
A.
There are several ways:
Some midwives include a list of their birth kit contents with information that they provide you.
If you haven’t received this list then ask your midwife if she has a list of the kit contents.
Send an email to Sales@InHisHands.com with your midwife’s name and ask for a list of her birth kit.
Q. Can I pay with my health savings credit card?
A.
Some will work, but most will not as In His Hands is not an approved merchant for most of these card types. To avoid delays with your order, it is best to use a credit card that is not a health savings card.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A.
Most orders will ship within one business day after your order is placed and will take up to 4 business days to reach you.
Q. Will I automatically be sent a tracking number for my shipment?
A.
Currently InHisHands.com does not have this capability. If you have not received your package within a week after ordering, then please send a tracking number request to Sales@InHisHands.com and we will reply to you about your package.
Q. How do I return items?
A.
Due to the nature of the products and their intended use, we are unable to accept birth kits as returns. Birth kits that are returned will not be given any refund.
If you need to return an item that is not part of a birth kit, then please return the item to:
US Postal: In His Hands, PO Box 467, Liberty Hill, TX 78642
FedEx or UPS: In His Hands, 325 Cole Dr, Liberty Hill, TX 78642
Please include the following:
- Copy of your invoice
- Reason for return
- Phone number where you can easily be reached
A credit or refund will be given for returns that are received in resalable condition.
Q. I have received my order and it isn’t correct, what should I do?
A.
Please double-check to ensure that a mistake has been made, then please email Sales@InHisHands.com or call
800-247-4045 with the following information:
- Invoice number
- Item description of missing item
- Quantity of missing item
- Phone number where you can easily be reached
We will investigate and notify you by phone call or email of our solution.
